The town of Silvia lies at the foot of a great forest, in Taiyo, to the West of Kasai. It's ruled over by its generous chief, the All Might, divinely appointed from generation to generation.
Midoriya Izuku is going to be the next All Might, one day. Which is a miracle in itself, considering the fact that for a long time his mother thought he'd been born without magic.
Todoroki Shouto and Yaoyorozu Momo have been wandering in exile for long enough that they've forgotten what it feels like to stay still. They end up in Silvia on a whim, chasing stories of a human town populated by giants and trolls, elves and other magical creatures. A town that played at politics with the courts of the forest.
But there's a storm in the mountains, and the powers that be have other plans.
